Incorta Metadata DB and credentials

I have a cluster which was cloned from another. I now need to update from <clustername>dev to <clustername> for the _incortametadata connection. However, deleting 'dev' leaves me with an unknown username and using my creds gives me a connection failed message.

So - 1) should my creds work ( super admin and whatnot privs ) or does it have to be the cryptic user name in the original? And 2) does the rest of the URL and/or port name change or is that consistent w/in Incorta Cloud?

Apparently it needs to be provided ( or set ) by support.
