Request to Schedule Insight Delivery as PDF (Without Dashboard URL)

Hello Team,

There is a requirement to schedule an Insight delivery in PDF format as an email attachment. but ensuring that the delivery does not include any report/dashboard URL (by default it is ) in the email content but only custom email body text

Let me know if any additional details are needed.

Hi Sinha,

I can able to schedule without having any report link in the received scheduled mail. Can you please share the screenshot of how you are receiving it and scheduling option you have while scheduling. Please make sure by hiding company name or company data info or url info on screenshot if any is there on it. Please raise a support ticket with Incorta as well for quicker resolution.
If you resolved by yourself, please share that info as well if any.

Thanks for replying back.

I’m currently unable to schedule it in a way that excludes the report link in the email.

Attached are the screenshots of the schedule setup and the final output email for your reference.

Also, I want to make one import point here that, I need the custom message (in this scenario) the Confidentiality Notice).

If I am selecting "Hide notification text" the mail which I am receiving , is missing the Confidentiality Notice as well
