topic Help ( asking for a friend ) ( assuming Incorta Analyzer is a friend ) in Dashboards & Analytics Discussions

Putting together an insight and I'm getting this plaintive cry for help from Incorta.

Incorta does seem to be shy about it - when I click "save" and view it as a dashboard it's just an empty table, desperately needing assistance, but too scared to ask out loud.

I'm humbled therefore that Incorta would ask for my assistance in editing mode, but I've never seen a case where an error message ( ? ) is so direct and yet provides no meaningful direction on *how* to help.

Seriously, I've never seen this behavior before, anyone else? What does it mean? More importantly does it mean anything which I can usefully interpret in order to fix my insight/model?

This would happen if you have an applied filter on the dashboard level filtering out those values, that is why you don't see them outside the analyzer.

About the "Help" if that is not actually in the loaded data, would you check in the insight if the missing value text has "Help" to replace the empty/null groups?
