Drill down KPI

Hi,

may I know how drill down on KPI Insight works?

I have requirement of drill down of KPI insight to another listing table insight, as KPI shows aggregated records how does drilling from aggregated insight to non-aggregated insight works?

Hi,

KPI always shows the aggregated or calculated values such as revenue or profit.

we can use drill down in KPI insight like,

1) Drill down from Grouping Dimension Pill:

For Ex, I am using sales data here. Under KPI, I used two pills in Grouping dimension Region and State. For Region pill, I added a dashboard tab to drill down into region wise details tab. so we can see details based on user drill selection. Verify the image 1 & 2.

Note: Using second dimension user can drill down into next grouping dimension. Find the image3 for reference.

2) Drill down from Measure Pill:

For this, drill option enabled in only in measure pill(Sales Revenue) and removed drill from 1st dimension. If we apply drill on region, it works as same as above.

If I remove dimension and apply drill on measure, it will drill to detailed page and search for the value shown in the measure. Find the image 4 & 5 for reference.
