Hi - wondering if anyone knows if there is any type of functionality where we can have a scheduled dashboard send out reports only when data is populated and not when there is no data?

Yes - kind of - the functionality is kind of kludgy ( sp? ) IMHO, but you can create your Dashboard and then recreate the query as a data notification condition. The two are not required to be the same by the technology ( i.e. you can create condition 1 = 1 and so long as something comes back you'll get the notification ) but logically it makes sense for them to both have the same measure(s) and filter criteria.

There is at least in the version I'm on a limitation of being only applicable to one *tab* of the dashboard, but so long as you're w/in one tab you should be good to go.
