Can we add dynamic url to Rich text dashboard.

Dashboard.

insight1: Richtext has iframe to display page.

insight2: listing table with item_id (url)

when i click on url its opening new tab, can i make iframe dynamic to point to item_id of insight2.

That's actually an interesting idea. So if I understand correctly, have a table with a lot of items (let's say product details) and when I click on one of them it would render a product page for that item in the other insight, which would have a dynamic URL as part of the data. I think we could do something like this using our new component SDK which we have a cool kind of image tile that we are showcasing.

Yes, You're correct, I'm looking for that.

Let take Service now : for every service request, the url changes , Once the business clicks on request number the url opens up in the another insight, so that busineess users can save time insted of redirecting to another tab.

its really a great insight for images and e-commerce,

have to see how does it work on ticket related, looks like the above insight renders all the images when we save the insight.
