Filtering on Dashboards

Hi Incorta Community,

Just registered for the community today, excited to get started!

I have a question on filtering with Default and Mandatory Dashboard Filters.

In the attached screenshots I provided, it shows that I have filtered down the data by selecting a project number. The only way I can see to go back to the entire data set, aka having the dashboard once again not filtered by project number, is to refresh the screen. If I "uncheck" the project number I selected, it does not give me the option to save the unselected filter and return to the entire data set.

How can users "undo" filters, while avoiding having to refresh the screen?

Hi @davidmcgough - Welcome to the community!

With a mandatory filter, something must be selected to 'apply' it to the dashboard. To get everything back without a filter, select the 'select all' option above the list. This will return all your project numbers.

There will be an 'x' on the filter card for non-mandatory filters to remove the filter.

I hope this helps!
