Next Run Time stamp - Strikethrough

Hi,

I'm trying to schedule a schema load and the next run timestamp is strike-through.

The schedule never triggers as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know which version you are on, but it sounds like you have scheduled loads paused in the CMC.

If you go to the "Data Loading" section under tenant configurations there should be an option to "Pause Scheduled Loads".

I've asked around - the team is saying the same as @BrandonR. Maybe restart Incorta to see if that is required to 'un-pause' the schedules. If none of that works, open a ticket and support will help investigate a root cause.

If you see strike-through line through the next scheduled load, it means that "Pause Scheduled Jobs" has been enabled in the CMC. Login to the CMC, Navigate to the Tenants tab. For your Tenant click the Configure link and then the "Data Loading" tab. Disable the "Pause Scheduled Jobs" option. If this is already disabled (in the off position), then back in the incorta UI, from the schema load scheduler page, click on the filter icon next to the status column and select "Suspended". Look for your schema with status of suspended. If you see it, then click on the status itself and it will change it back to Active.
