Loading from an Essbase data source fails

Hello,

We are trying to load using an Essbase datasource following these instructions for loading the dimensions, https://docs.incorta.com/5.2/references-connectors-oracle-essbase.

Every dimension gives us an error like this:

- INC_03070000: Failed to load data from [OPR_Essbase_Cube] due to [Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1290001): Network Error [10061]: Unable To Connect To [<our essbase server name>:32769]. The client timed out waiting to connect to the Essbase Server using TCP/IP. Check the network connections. Also make sure that Server and Port values are correct.] with properties [[dataSetType, dimension], [dimensionName, Year]]

What does this mean? Is 32769 a port that needs to be unblocked or is it something else?

I would recommend also submitting a ticket for this type of issue, this will likely be the fastest path to resolution.
