@MT10 - Can confirm it is working on my end. If you've double-checked that the domain has been entered correctly, I would open a ticket with support to investigate what might be going on here.

when i paste the hyperlink in chrome, google search opens as below, please advise if i am doing anything wrong here

Are you updating the host name in the string? You might be and just demonstrating the behavior is just the same. However, in case you are not, here's an example below

Take the following fake dashboard link:

http://abcde.uswest.cloud.incorta.com/incorta/#/dashboard/2e38df

I would update the string to:

https://abcde.uswest.cloud.incorta.com/incorta/external-add-ins/excel/#/download-manifest
