Could you please let me know the data refresh timings in Incorta? Is the data only refreshed from the system at specific times? If so, what is the exact timeline?

Hi @alwinselvaraj - Generally, the process in Incorta is to ingest data from source systems into Incorta schemas, then reports sit on top of those schemas.

The time to have data show up in a dashboard after ingestion is in real-time (no intermediary loading or pipelines). However, if you want to speed up the frequency of ingestion, that can be set through load plans as frequently as every few minutes. Are you experiencing any issues with your dashboards currently?

This is just a general question to understand the process. Is there a specific time it takes for reports to appear in the schemas after ingestion? Also, is there a designated time for data ingestion? Please let me know.

@alwinselvaraj - The loader that loads data into Incorta also loads data into memory. This means that dashboards are updated as soon as load jobs are completed.

The timing of load jobs is variable based on connection, complexity, number of rows, and environment sizing.
