It is a Microsoft SQL Server, so I'm under the impression that I can use Transact functions, which does have a TRIM function. This is also where we got the PASRSENAME function from.

Yet Incorta doesn't seem to recognize it, and throws INC_03070402 when I try to validate the below.

I'm having difficulty finding the documentation on the viable SQL Database Functions. I'm looking to see if it's possible to use any kind of TRIM() function during table definition, and can't seem to find the right page. Please see the attached screenshot for where I'm attempting to use it.

I've looked here: Incorta SQL Tables , but this page doesn't list anything about PARSENAME(), and yet I've been using it as apart of this defintion. (See screenshot as well). I don't think I can use spark functions here either. Can someone help confirm if there's a better list functions, or if I'm looking at the corect page and it's missing some?

Please let me know if I'm missing any critical information as apart of my request, or should be asking this elsewhere. Thanks!

P6ETLDB data source (shown in the attached screenshot) is pointing to which database?

For example, If it is pointing to Oracle DB you need to look at Oracle DB docs for TRIM function that you can use w SQL.

seems to me that the SQL features are part of Spark SQL's package
i've been using this as a guide, so far so good.
Spark SQL, Built-in Functions
