Throwback Thursday: Best Vacation Spot🌴

Warm weather always reminds me of spending time with friends and taking beach trips. Whether it's a picnic beneath the Eiffel Tower, a campout in Myrtle Beach or a bike ride in through Joshua Tree, there is something about rest and relaxation in the summertime that just cant be beat!

What's your favorite vacation destination and why?

My favorite vacation spot is Rivera Maya, Mexico! Between the beautiful beaches and the vibrant culture, what's not to love!

I'm fortunate to have a unique landscape out my door. My vacations are typically weekend getaways to somewhere in the Rockies for some fresh air and recreation.

@LayeredDelay - This is Teocalli in Crested Butte, CO. I highly recommend riding in CB if you can only go to one place in Colorado.

No rampaging on this trail. Or any trail for that matter 😂. I'll leave that to the more courageous.

Ah come on @JoeM you are the king of courageous. What's the altitude of CB? I would need to acclimate first! All my riding is done below 2,000 ft above sea level. Wasn't this you last week?

Town is at 8900', so some climbs will like this will take you over 11,000ft. I almost forgot how high my heart rate got until I watched that video. 😅 I can't fathom the mental power that it takes to launch something like that.

Tropical forests, active volcanoes, hiking, thousands of visible stars...

Here is a photo of Volcán de Fuego from the base camp of Volcán Acatenango. Highly recommend!
