Column is not getting showed up even after loading the table successfully.

I am not able to access a column while developing an insight in a dashboard even after the table (which contains the column) and the column  have been successfully loaded into the Incorta memory.

Kindly help.

  • Hi Alok,

Sometimes this happens whenever loader memory and analytical memory are not in sync.

    there are two workarounds.

    1.Restart analytical service and check

    2. Export the particular schema and reimport it back with overwrite option and check.

    • Ram  Hi Ram,

I've tried both the options but still couldn't get the column. So, kindly let me know if there's any other workaround.

  • hi Alok,

Try exploring the data from the schema and check whether that particular column which you are looking for is coming or not. incase of not coming, then delete the table and recreate it. (I hope you are not getting any "internal error" after you clicked done on the table).

if the column is coming, then it should be present in the insight also.

    • Ram Hi Ram,

I can see  the column in the schema but when I am pulling the table from the schema where the column exists in the insight (dashboard), I am not able to see that column.
