Ajit Dixit please open a ticket with Incorta Support at support.incorta.com. I have seen this error in a couple of different scenarios (environmental issues, XML corruption when manually editing files) but we'll need Support's assistance to dig into this.
Ajit Dixit Are you using a supported browser in both cases? You can also try clearing the browser cache to see if that helps. If you've recently conducted an upgrade, then you may have stale browser-side files that need to be cleared.
