Automatic handling of DST?

Is there a way to specify that DST is observed? Scheduled dashboards that were set up in standard time, were delivered an hour late after the time change this past weekend.

  • Hi Marc, we have an interim solution that will take your existing scheduled jobs and bulk update them to reflect the daylight savings time change. This interim solution is based on an updated TMT (tenant management tool) utility and it requires you to run a command after replacing the tmt.jar. This bulk updates the scheduled jobs in the four time zones in continental United States that are impacted.

    If you can log a support ticket, the team can share the artifacts and walk you through the fix. A more elegant solution will follow in a future product release, before we fall back to standard time later this fall.

    I have had case 9485 opened since Aug 2020 on this issue. 

    The last update I got on March 4th was:
    "This request is in progress now and being worked on for a release prior to the next DST change,"
