  • Yes they can. Incorta do provide access to  SSO-enabled tenant by Non SSO users.

They will use regular non SSO url and their username and passwords are validated against Incorta.

Mateen Mohammed I just enabled SSO but can no longer log in with the superuser id. What do I need to do to allow the Incorta super user to get in?

    • Marc Paige Are you using the Incorta login for the super user e.g. https://<incorta dns>/incorta as only SSO users can login with the SSO endpoint e.g. https://<incorta dns>/incorta/!<tenant name>

Dustin Basil Yes, I am using the super user. So, if I understand you correctly, I need to back the URL to the node.
