1.From the Incorta Admin UI
a)Log in to Admin UI URL
b)Go To tenants Tab
c)Select the Required Tenant and Apply
d) Restart Incorta server
Not able to enter values for SMTP Host name
What need to be done
Rajesh, can you provide a bit more detail? The SMTP hostname is the first textbox above in the Email section of the Admin UI. What specifically are you unable to enter?
I am getting small place holder ,when I am typing smtp hostname its not printing. attaching screenshot
What is the browser you are using and its version? Can you please try with another browser? if you are using Google Chrome try with Firefox

It is browser issue, i tried both Mozilla and chrome. Now I installed Chrome.
