0Retrieve Dashboard recipients information
We have setup dashboards to be sent as HTML email attachments . We wanted to get the dashboard recipients list as a part of audit/usage dashboard. We could not find recipient information stored in plain text in metadata db. Please provide inputs/guidance on how do we go about getting the recipient list for scheduled dashboards ?

We can get the recipients from the dashboard export file. An option is provided to export schedule along with the dashboard. In the downloaded zip file. Recipients are listed in the tenant.xml under <job-users>.
In CLI, the command is called "export_dashboards_with_attachments". -

Thank you. We will be adding/removing recipients to the scheduled dashboards and the recipient list changes frequently. Our goal is to list these recipients information in a incorta dashboard (like metadata/BI over BI type dashboards) for our support team to track, manage and report on it for usage,chargeback. Is there any API that we can use to dump the scheduled dashboard recipients into a text file or spreadsheet without parsing the XML file?
