Java date format masks for formatDate()

Is there a reason why "hh.mm aa" is not accepted as a format mask for the formatDate() function?

  • Hi Marc Paige - I tried on my end and got the following to work: 'hh.mm a'. The AM/PM specifier looks like it may only be needed once.

Joe Miller Okay, I got that to save. I was looking at a java site that used the 'aa'. I found other sites that show the single 'a'. Thanks!
