Different data types in if condition possible?

Hi all, How can we compare two different data types in if condition .For Eg: if(x=0," ",(y*z)/100 ) ,it was throwing me an error.

  • Hi MANOJKUMAR it is not possible to have two different data types as the result of an if() condition because Incorta requires a single data type to store the value in a column. In your example, you could wrap the numerical expression in string() cast, use a default number instead of space, or simply create two columns.
