how to load data into Incorta Schema tables

I'm trying to load data from outside using other etl tool  like SSIS/Nifi into incorta schema.

I tired  connecting incorta schema  with pgadmin4 client on port 5436 but it let me to do only select statement,  no DML operation permitted.

  • That’s right.  The Incorta SQL interface is built only for SELECT statements.   To bring data into Incorta you have to use a data source connector or load from flat files.

Dan Brock  Thanks for the update.   Using incorta loader requires complete re development of existing flow. So I really need some breakthrough where I can point incorta table as a target in some means.

  •    Ari Gnanam can you keep your existing flows and have the data dropped off in flat files for Incorta to consume?

  • yes Dan, I was thinking that route as well and it has some complexity in terms of maintenance as we are managing multiple BI infrastructure.
