This article will provide the prerequisites and steps needed to set up a user for Incorta in Oracle NetSuite. These steps need to be performed if the Incorta NetSuite data application needs to be deployed or if a customer wants to extract data into Incorta through SuiteAnalytics Connect.
Install the NetSuite SuiteBundle for Incorta called “IncortaSuiteAnalytics_role”, which includes the custom role called “Incorta SuiteAnalytics Connect” which has the required permissions. Log in as a NetSuite Account by an Administrator: Customization->SiteBundler -> Search & Install Bundles. Search for the bundle “IncortaSuiteAnalytics_role”, and install it.
Create a new user for Incorta. Make sure it does not have 2FA enabled. Assign this user to the role “Incorta SuiteAnalytics Connect”.
In addition to the Role add Global Permissions to the user for SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteAnalytics Connect - Read All as shown below.
4. If the user still has 2FA, make sure to remove the Core Admin Permissions from the Role as shown below.
5. Once these steps are completed, you are ready to connect to NetSuite from Incorta
6. Log in to NetSuite using the new user created in step 1 (make sure there is no 2FA). Grab the connection information (host port, account id, role id, etc...) that are needed for Incorta from the home page-> Settings-> Set Up SuiteAnalytics Connect as shown below:
7. Now you are ready to connect from Incorta. Refer to Incorta's documentation for more information. Here is a screenshot of a Netsuite SuiteAnalytics connection from Incorta:
