Adding a Description Section to Schema & Underlying Tables

My company utilizes a lot of older databases in which the names are tables are very non-descript.
(Ex. zzxmemto, zcvtrns)
It would be great to have a description section as part of a schema and table interface. 
This would allow us to write some basic information/documentation about the schemas/tables and some of the underlying data. This would also be useful for Alias and Incorta analyzer tables, so users understand why they were created.
