Allow filters to be stored in business schema

I'm in the middle of modifying dashboards w/ many insights each w/ many columns which require similar filters ( e.g. a "Prior YTD Sales" column needs to filter on the prior year and a date value returned as the "TD" part of "YTD." ) 

It would be swell if I could create it once, store it in the business schema and then drag and drop it into the column filter area.

As a bonus, my criterion depends upon the value passed via a presentation variable - the reference to which the business schema does not recognize.  I should be able to save that syntax even w/out validation and have it apply when used in an insight.
