2023.4.1 release notes?

I had occasion to spin up a new cluster and see that it's v 2023.4.1 - I don't see release notes for that release yet, but would like to know which - if any - bug fixes are in it.

I recently upgraded a customer and don't want to repeat that process right away unless it meets a specific need.

Now is the time on Sprockets when we say "duh" and smack our forehead....    I didn't realize the point release notes were under the ".0" header.

Yeah I see the confusion. We try to group them together under a '.x' suffix, but it looks like there was a mistake here:
