By default, Incorta will populate the list of filters behind the "funnel" icon based on the fields you've used to build the insights on your dashboard thus far. If you want explicit control over this list, you'll have to specify the fields you want to display as "prompts". This can be done by selecting the dashboard "..." icon at the top right of the dashboard and navigating to "Manage dashboard filters".
