In an Incorta cloud cluster, if the default AWS SMTP server is configured and a Dashboard scheduled report fails to be delivered to a specific recipient email while the report is successfully received by other recipients, reach out to cloud team as most likely this recipient email was added to a suppression list due to previous delivery failures.
Once email is removed from the suppression list, user should be able to receive the scheduled reports
Another workaround is to configure the customer's own SMTP server
