Make a dashboard tab available as a downloadable pdf link

Hello,

How can we make an incorta dashboard tab/view available as a link, so that whoever clicks on it, can download the tab as a pdf ?

i need to access this link from an excel file (paste the links and once it is clicked upon, the pdf format of that dasboard starts to download)

Can this be done ?

Hi @Ruchita - today, this is not a capability of the platform. Our PMs have reviewed this and added it as something we would want to address on our roadmap in the future.

Yes - the ability to link to a tab is now available as of 2024.1.3. 

You can find the Copy link option in the following places:

• The More options (⋮ vertical ellipsis) icon in the Content manager page beside a dashboard.
• Share icon in a dashboard’s Action bar.
• Dashboard’s tab More options (⋮ vertical ellipsis) icon.

In sharing the dashboard link, dashboard filters and bookmarks by default. By selecting “Include current filters in the URL” option, the filters will be added to the URL string. This can be especially useful when leveraging URLs from third-party tools.
