sum on Distinct value

I am getting 3 values multiple times in a report, i want to calculate sum on distinct values, please let me know how to do.

@KHK  - Are you grouping on other columns in this insight? Or simply trying to sum up a distance list of a single measure?

@JoeM  In Power Bi Report,they are using in KPI,

@JoeM  actually we are calculating this value for all regions like America, EMEA and etc

You may need to provide more information -- it helps when asking questions like this to present the data as well as a mockup of what you want the end result to look like.

I *think* what you want is the sum of the values circled in your pictured list.     One way to do that would be to create your list of values in a result set and then use that result set in the insight. 

I've added an export which uses Online Store as an example.
