Greetings from the NA Director of Customer Success.
At Incorta we believe that we all have a role in customers' success. However, if the CSM is the guide on the journey the Community is our map, reference library, and 'phone a friend' resource all wrapped up in one.
Ok, a little about me:
- I am an avid Penn State fan though I now live in Ohio.
- I have a black Goldendoodle named Daisy (does that qualify as an oxymoron?)
- I boy/girl twins that both wrestle.
Our typical family recreation in the summer involves boating, swimming or just chilling up at Lake Erie on our boat.
