we are using advance map, Is there any way to show city name and value at same time. we are not able to show both detail at same time.

The label field takes a single value. Interestingly, a formula did not render the results for me. Instead, I generated in result set with the label value I needed, and then it rendered "as expected".
As you see here, best practices will dictate that you look to keep a single value on an area. because things get crowded very quickly. For that reason, I recommend dropping the values you need in the tool tip for legible analysis.
