Hi all! Dashboard comments - such a great idea for two reasons. One, it can be used to give us feedback and second, it could be used to comment on snap-shotted data (always struggle with the tense of snapshot). Couple of questions though -
1. We did not receive notifications when we put in comments. Is that a setting?
2. Is there any way to limit who can put in comments? I forsee a lot of "Testing" comments in my future.
3. Because of #2 above, is there a way to mass delete comments?
4. How /where are comments stored?
I did consult the doc. Posting here as thought maybe helpful to others as newer feature.

Hi @Adetweiler
1) Users should be notified by email when a comment mentions them. Maybe take a pass on the email setup once more?
2) Right now, there is no limit to who can comment.
3) There are no mass delete options, but the PM team is considering a solution where there is an expiration date for comments.
I've reached out internally to find out where the comments are stored.

Just following up! Comments are stored in a metadata database table.

So in cloud how do we delete items from our metadata?
