A common issue is that you may be logged into the tour tenant and not the case study tenant.

Could you verify you are using:

1. Tenant: casestudy
2. Username: myBA
3. Password: w

   the problem is not fixed.

I am having the exact same issue.  Other than the IP, everything looks exactly the same as the previous comment's screenshot.
