Conditional formatting is not available for a Grouping Dimension in a Pie Chart. Still, there is a workaround, where you can achieve the same using Measures only without Grouping Dimensions.
For example, you drag the measure column into the Measure area, then drag a dimension in the Filter By field of the measure column, then specify the color as needed. A sample snapshot is attached.
