Symptoms
When I am importing a dashboard to the production, it fails and throws an "Import Failed INC_05114701: Internal IO exception" error.

Importing dashboard fails with below ERROR :
Solution
In this case, the individual was trying to import from a higher version of DEV (2024.7.4) to a lower version of PROD (2023.7.2)
Importing a Dashboard from a higher version to a lower version is not a valid/supported scenario.
Incorta only is only backwards compatible. You will need to upgrade the cluster to which you are importing to the same version, or higher, as the cluster you have exported your dashboard or other configuration from.
