Attempting to upload a zip file (default.zip) from one Incorta Cloud env to another

We checked and the zip file does have three folders and one file

Schemas: dashboards, datasources, schemas

Single filename is tenant.xml

Checked the directories and there is data (files) in each directory

Are the two env having the same version of Incorta?

We only support export from the same or an older version and import to the same or a higher version.
