Report sent with no data after changing to earlier time

Hi, 

Beginning of the month I changed the time of my scheduler from 2pm to 11 am and noticed that I received empty reports for two days this month. I confirmed that there was data in the dashboard that should’ve been populated in the reports and also checked what time the schema finished loading on those days to make sure that the data was already there before the report was supposed to be sent. I can’t seem to find anything wrong with the scheduler, schema or the dashboard. I’d really like to figure out what happened so it doesn’t happen again in the future.

Just saw this and wanted to share our experience. We have a daily report that is reliant on variables specifically current period. About half the time when the month changes the report runs blank. I had to take the tactic of having the offshore report run the report manually before the schedule report runs. Silly but i think the variable doesn't somehow set from the scheduled report. It is like when we had OBIEE we had a report of all variables that we ran daily to cache them. So no answers here, but similar experience. We put in a ticket at some point....
