UPDATE: 2022-07-28 -- customer asks, "can we change that name" while referencing a business schema name. Followed by my trying to answer "yes, but it a huge pain in the neck."
I should be able to change the name of a table or MV in the physical schema and have the change propagate to any qualified columns.
