Allow Users to Set Height and Width of Insights Precisely

As it stands, the only way to adjust the height of insights (and groupings of insights within a dashboard) is to manually drag them.  For those of us who crave rows of information to be consistently sized, this poses some frustrations.  I'd love it if we could set a pixel height and width for each insight manually as part of the appearance screen (or a new sizing screen) when editing the dashboard.  I've suggested using a ruler to ensure consistent sizing but was ridiculed by my peers 😞

I can confirm that we've been targeting this to bolster: accommodating more formatting and sizing options. I'm adding @Prince for visibility. 

In the meantime, my little tip is to create an ideally sized insight, then group it, and then duplicate it.
