@Reporting - a global announcement banner available today can be used to notify users of upcoming maintenance windows. This week, we started discussing how to accommodate a banner/window during the downtime.  

Are there any special considerations you would like to have for this page? Would you like to be able to update the message? Add URLs? Any other ideas?
