As a user, when you save a bookmark, an option should be provided to save the selection of dynamic grouping and dynamic measure as part of the bookmark. When the bookmark is the default for you, those selections will come back. When you switch to another bookmark, the associated selections for dynamic grouping and dynamic measure will become active.
