Highlight the formula column being edited ( and change formula column position )

There are only two formula columns in this gif, but I have a fact table with a *lot*!    When I look at the formula code and exit the editor the column should remain highlighted so I can easily see which column's code I was working on.

Especially important if creating multiple iterations of the same idea with slight code changes.

Also -- Let me change the formula column position without editing the stinkin' XML !!!
