It would be an asset to have some control over the customization within Incorta.
First the it would be great to customize the emails being sent. We would like to set up a header and footer as a template and then configure the message to make it look more professional. Currently when we send an email it has:
It doesn't indicate the recipient's name and the format is not correct.
2nd the layout of the dashboard. I know that we have control over formatting the insight, but what about the page. I started to add a rich text insight at the top of our dashboard to include the logo and purpose of the report. Not sure if I will keep it there or more it onto a separate tab. This way when someone gets the .pdf version of the report it will display the logo, purpose and date at the top.
