Impersonation ( Login As ) behavior

I use impersonation to do things like check security filters.    There are two behaviors of this feature I'd like to see improved.

1.  Add the "Login As" button to the profile drop-down so I don't have to go to another tab to select it 
2. When I switch back I want to stay on the same dashboard I'm testing so I can compare results

and of course a self-serving ancillary 3:  I want these changes because working in multiple tabs on a browser causes random timeouts regardless of the tenant session timeout settings.    

 - if these ideas and the browser tab thing resonate at all pls give them a like to bump up their visibility.
