I’d like to submit a product enhancement request related to the Security section, specifically for managing Users and Groups more efficiently.

Suggested Enhancements:

  1. User Group Visibility – Currently, the Users screen does not allow adding columns to view assigned security groups by user. It would be highly beneficial to have a way to filter or display users based on their assigned groups or provide a report with this information. Current state of just looking at the Users screen provides zero insight as to what user is in what group, or if they lack a group altogether. Some way of flagging users without a group would help!
  2. Group Assignment Clarity – When adding users to a group from the Groups screen , existing members appear in the selection list as if they are not already assigned to that group. This creates confusion. A better approach would be to:
    • Omit already assigned users from the selection list, OR
    • Clearly flag them as already assigned within the UI.
  3. Customization Options – Greater flexibility in customizing the Users screen would improve the admin experience, making it easier to manage security settings efficiently. Being able to view users, groups, and group privileges all in the same screen would be way better than current state.

Would it be possible to consider these improvements in a future release? Please let me know if more details would help.
