Make the script editor portion of the notebook expandable

The notebook is great for troubleshooting code but the window size for the editor is far too small for my tastes.  It'd be great if we were able to expand just this portion of the notebook to full screen (and be able to collapse back to original size).

My only regret is that I have only one kudo to give.

Great Idea. It takes a lot of time scrolling up and down, when everything could be visible in 1 screen.

Also, it would be cool to have the font size value you apply to all cells of notebook.
