New load status for rejected rows

End goal is to have real time notification of rejected rows in a load plan notification.  But to get there we need a load status that reflects this. 

Here is current statement from Incorta team:

"We won’t fail the table extraction just because there are rejected rows.
Those rejected rows exist because there’s a problem parsing the value from the source while writing the Parquet file."

I would request that a status similar to "finished with errors" be created such as "finished with rejections" which would be useful for external load plan schedulers and notifications. It should show as yellow not green in the schema and load plan/job pages.
