It would be great if there was a setting in dashboards where creators can enable or disable making copies of a dashboard.
This would be really helpful so row level security could also be implemented at the dashboard level without concern that someone can copy a dashboard and remove the filters.
For example, if I have a two use cases that require different rules for RLS, I need to either create a copy of the table or implement RLS in a business analyzer view. In the first case, making copies of tables is not efficient and may not be feasible with larger datasets. In the latter case, that removes any joins that are part of the data model.
