Steps:
1- Create a table in a schema
2- Enable Incremental Loading for this table
3- Disable full load for this table
4- Disable Incremental load for this table
Current Behavior:
- The Disable full load toggle will disappear from the table screen in incorta and the user will not be able to load the table whether fully or incrementally after that
Enhancement Request:
The Disable full load should be disabled with the Incremental flag and the user should be able to load the table fully or, the Disable full load toggle will always be available if turned on so the user can turn it on/off regardless of the incremental toggle state
